Questions, answered plainly

Everything a seller usually asks before opening her page.

Do my buyers need an app or an account?

No. The buyer taps a button and lands in WhatsApp — an app she already has — with the order already written. No sign-up, no password, no cart.

How do I get paid?

The same way you get paid today. The page brings you the order in WhatsApp; in the chat you give your Zelle, your CashApp, or take cash or card the way you always do. We never touch your money and take no commission.

What if I change my WhatsApp number?

Change it in your shop settings and every order button on your page points at the new number the moment you save. You never wait on anyone.

Can I change products and prices myself?

Yes — add, edit or remove products any time, from your phone. Your page updates the moment you save. Lower a price for the weekend, raise it back on Monday.

Which languages can my shop speak?

English, French or Creole — you pick when you build, and you can change it later. Your page and the order messages your buyers send are written in your language.

Is there a monthly fee, or a catch later?

No. One payment opens your page forever. There is nothing that renews, nothing billed later, and no commission on anything you sell.

Can I hide my page for a while?

Yes. Pause it and your page disappears from public view until you turn it back on — for a vacation, a stock break, any reason.

How long does it take to open my shop?

Most sellers build their page in about ten minutes: a language, a name, a number, then their products — one simple card each. Your page stays a private draft while you work on it — it opens to the world only when you pay, once, and say so.
